Aluminum zinc plated steel plate
The surface of aluminum zinc plated steel plate is featured with smooth, flat and gorgeous star flowers, and the basic color is silver white. The special coating structure makes it have excellent corrosion resistance. The normal service life of the aluminized zinc plate can reach 25A, and the heat resistance is very good. It can be used in the high temperature environment of 315 ℃; The coating has good adhesion with the paint film, and has good processing performance. It can be pressed, sheared and welded; The surface conductivity is very good.
The coating composition is composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon by weight. The production process of aluminized zinc steel plate is similar to that of galvanized steel plate and aluminized steel plate, which is a continuous melting coating process. Compared with the galvanized steel sheet with the same thickness, the aluminum zinc alloy coated steel sheet with 55% aluminum zinc alloy coating has better corrosion resistance when both sides are exposed to the same environment. The 55% aluminum zinc alloy coated aluminum zinc steel plate not only has good corrosion resistance, but also has excellent adhesion and flexibility.

1. Thermal reflectivity:
The heat reflectivity of aluminized zinc steel plate is very high, which is twice that of galvanized steel plate. People often use it as a heat insulation material.
2. Heat resistance:
Aluminum zinc alloy steel plate has good heat resistance and can withstand high temperatures of more than 300 degrees Celsius. It is similar to the high-temperature oxidation resistance of aluminum plated steel plate and is often used in chimney tubes, ovens, illuminators and solar lampshades. Corrosion resistance:
The corrosion resistance of aluminized zinc steel coil is mainly due to the protection function of aluminum. When the zinc is abraded, the aluminum forms a layer of dense aluminum oxide to prevent corrosion-resistant substances from further corroding the interior.
3. Economy:
Because the density of 55% Al Zn is smaller than that of Zn, the area of the aluminum zinc plated steel sheet is larger than that of the zinc plated steel sheet by more than 3% when the weight is the same and the thickness of the gold plating layer is the same.
4. Easy to paint
The aluminized zinc plate has excellent adhesion with the paint, and can be painted without pretreatment and weathering treatment.
The coating adhesion of the gold-plated layer of aluminum zinc steel plate is excellent, so it can be directly coated on advertising boards and general plates without pretreatment such as weather.
