Light Steel Structure Villa Prefab House
TECHNOLOGY
How deep should the foundation of the light steel villa be
The penetration rate of light steel villas in China is less than 3%, but many people have heard of him. So far, about 40,000 units have been built in my country. In fact, they are not well known to the public. After all, they have just entered China. new things.
Light steel villas need to be the same as traditional buildings, and the process has not changed. It is not a mobile house as some people think. The weight of light steel villas is only half that of traditional houses, so the depth of the foundation should be much less. At the same time, the cost of the foundation will also reduce a lot.
First of all, let's analyze the types of foundations of light steel villas:
1: Strip base
The strip type is basically a method that needs to dig a ring beam, which is suitable for 2-5 storey buildings. This kind of basic structure is relatively strong, and can prevent the house from tilting and sinking, but the cost is relatively high.
2: Flat base
The slab is basically suitable for the foundation of a 1-storey villa. The construction speed is fast and the construction cost is low, which is less than half of the strip foundation.
So how deep should the base of the light steel villa be?
For the sake of safety, the light steel villa adopts a strip foundation. The depth of the foundation is determined according to the nature of the land. For example, there is loose soil, and the house is built on the old foundation. Let's take a look at the depth of the foundation in different situations.
Soil loosening properties: dig 1.5 meters under the foundation (more safe practice)
Old house foundation: dig 0.5 meters under the foundation (the foundation of the old house is very strong, and this kind of foundation depth is also very economical for the cost)
Note: When making the foundation, the concrete layer needs maintenance after it is done, watering is required every day, and the foundation is maintained for more than 15 days before starting to build a house on the foundation.
