Precautions before and after pasting metal carved panels during construction
1. Mix the special adhesive mortar according to the specified proportion, add the special powder adhesive into an appropriate amount of water, stir evenly with an electric mixer, and then start to paste, no less than 8 brushing points per square meter.
2. Check the basic treatment, check the original exterior wall tiles, no cracking, no powder, no hollow, no peeling, no lime explosion point and no old paint with poor adhesion. On the construction wall, according to the design drawings, use the ink line to bounce the vertical and horizontal reference lines on the wall.
3. Reinforcement to enhance the tensile strength and deformation resistance of the soil, and enhance the stability of the building structure, thereby changing the quality of the soil.
4. Leave a 15mm gap between the boards to adjust for installation errors. When the decorative panel is installed, the deviation between left and right and up and down should not be greater than 1.5 mm
5. Do not use excessive force when installing the inner and outer anchors to avoid damage to the panel.
6. The protection can well disperse, transfer or decompose the concentrated stress to prevent the soil from being damaged by external force.
7. After the pasting position is determined, install mechanical fasteners and fix them on the base with self-tapping screws. Anchors should be installed at a distance of 300~500mm from the middle of the straight edge, 6~8 per square meter. If necessary, an external pressure piece should be added to adjust the height difference of the plate joint.
