Precautions for the use of glue for sandwich wall panel
Metal carved thermal insulation boards are now common. In addition to fixing the carved boards with nails, some customers also choose to use glue to stick them inside, in order to make the carved boards stronger.
1. The composite surface of the metal carved board must be flat to improve the bonding strength of the composite material and reduce the amount of glue.
2. The adjustment ratio must be accurate, and the rubber material must be stirred evenly.
3. In order to ensure the pressure quality of the composite material, a certain amount of glue must flow out.
4. Do not move the metal engraved insulation board until the glue has cured.
5. Glue must be used now, and it must be used within the specified time after the glue is used up.
6. The construction temperature is not lower than 5°C, and the humidity is less than 70%.
7. Do not mix large utensils with glue of different components, and put the remaining glue after mixing back into the packaging.
Architectural decoration cannot be combined with various metal carved thermal insulation boards and fixed with glue. Take care to distribute the glue evenly for long-term fixation.
