The wall is made of cement fiberboard and then the outer wall is painted to form the wall of the light steel villa.
2. Ordinary wall
This kind of ordinary wall is the most commonly used wall in light steel villas, but the price of this kind of wall is higher than that of the previous one, because more materials are used, such as cement fiberboard, gypsum board wall, Light steel frame, thermal insulation layer, fiber cement board, breathing paper, fiber cement board layout layer, thermal insulation board and exterior wall decorative hanging board layer and other materials, and these materials are connected together by bolting and fixed accordingly .
The main method of ordinary walls is to fix the cement fiber board and the gypsum board on both sides of the light steel keel, and then fill in many other materials in turn, but the insulation layer needs to be filled between the gypsum board and the light steel keel, and the breathing paper is filled with the light steel keel. The outer surface of the gypsum board is then fixed by bolting the cement fiber board and the gypsum board filled with breathing paper, while the thermal insulation layer is connected and fixed with the surface of the cement fiber board by means of bolt connection. The wall decoration part is fixed with the heat insulation layer by means of bolt connection.
3. Composite wall
This kind of composite wall is one of the walls used in all light steel villas, and the composite wall has a good effect in thermal insulation, moisture resistance and ventilation. A layer of gypsum board, the outer wall is connected and fixed with glass wool or rock wool, and the OSB board is fixed on the surface by means of bolt connection. The thickness of the OSB board selected here is generally 12mm, and outside the OSB board The breathing paper and the extruded plastic board are connected and fixed in sequence, and finally the metal carving board is used as the decorative board of the outer wall for fixed connection.
