Aluminum foil protective layer
The aluminum foil composite glass fiber cloth adopts a unique and advanced composite process. The surface of the composite aluminum foil is smooth and flat, the light reflectivity is high, the tensile strength in the longitudinal and transverse directions is large, and the air permeability, water permeability and sealing performance are good.
It is used for the heat sealing surface and water vapor barrier layer of thermal insulation materials such as glass wool, rock wool, mineral wool PEF products and rubber and plastic products. It is suitable for the online heat sealing and bonding of cotton felt, cotton board and cotton pipe and PEF plate pipe rubber and plastic plate pipe to meet the needs of heat insulation and water vapor barrier of warm ventilation pipe, cold and warm water pipe and building heat insulation, so that the indoor winter is warm and summer is cool, and the four seasons are comfortable.
1. The corrosion resistance is greatly improved: the surface of glass fiber cloth aluminum foil is treated with special anti-corrosion coating, and the corrosion resistance is greatly improved. At the same time, the polyethylene hot-air bonding method is adopted, which eliminates the hidden danger of corrosion and mildew on the surface of aluminum foil caused by residual water or solvent in the bonding process.
2. The direct hot pressing composite saves the composite adhesive and the lamination cost.

The water vapor permeability is smaller and the water vapor barrier effect is strengthened: the heat sealed polyethylene layer in the middle of the glass fiber cloth aluminum foil is thicker than that of the general veneer, and the water vapor permeability is smaller. Therefore, the water vapor barrier effect is better and the insulation materials such as glass wool are reliably protected.
4. Better tensile strength and firmer veneer: glass fiber cloth aluminum foil has higher mechanical strength than reinforced aluminum foil, and is more suitable for online lamination in glass wool plant, rock wool plant and mineral wool plant.
5. The veneer is more flat, reducing the probability of damage on the surface of aluminum foil: the glass fiber cloth aluminum foil has a more flat veneer due to its fine cloth and thick polyethylene layer. The aluminum foil surface is not easy to be damaged by friction, thus better playing a water vapor barrier function.
