Prevent metal carved panels from cracking
During the use of metal carved panels, cracks may occur due to weather, human reasons and other reasons. To prevent this phenomenon, we must take precautionary measures in advance. We all pay attention to the method of doing things, and this is the same. What should be done specifically? Let me introduce to you below.
1. In the previous construction process, there were two main reasons for finding cracks in the metal carved panels. One is that the slats are not fully dried. After installation, the slats will shrink and dry automatically, so they will crack at the weak tension link - the connection between the board and the board, the board and the wall column, the beam board or the roof. In addition, if the cement label used to prepare the bonding mortar is inconsistent with the cement label used for the GRC board, it is easy to cause cracking due to the inconsistent shrinkage properties of the two cements at the bond. Therefore, before construction, a completely dry GRC lightweight board and cement of the same type and label as the GRC lightweight board should be selected to prepare bonding cement.
2. The large surface of the metal carved board should be painted with an SN-1 interface agent before plastering, so as to ensure that the plastering mortar does not have a shell, and cracks will form after the shell is empty, which will fall off after a long time. The interface agent is also called adhesive, and its proportion is as described above. The thickness of the coating interface agent is about 1.5-2.5 mm.
3. In order to ensure the rigidity of the metal engraved board, especially in the case of high floor height, the steel mesh is nailed into the board body vertically and horizontally with a long stapler, and the distance is 250 in both directions. The top and both sides of the slab are connected with concrete columns and walls, and then an "L"-shaped additional reinforcement mesh is applied to strengthen the joints, which is also an effective measure to avoid cracking of joints between slabs and slabs and between slabs and concrete wall columns.
The above methods can help you prevent the metal carved board from cracking. Let's learn this method as we use it.
