①Before installing the top plate, the T-shaped iron for the ceiling should be installed according to the drawings. When installing the T-type iron, the T-type iron should be properly arched according to the span of the rigid frame to ensure that the T-type iron does not have downward deflection after the top plate is installed.
The installation of the top plate should start from the corner of the library body. According to the layout diagram, the library plate should be raised to the specified height and position. The longitudinal plate ends of the library plate should be placed on the wall plate and the T-shaped iron.
Adjust the parallelism and verticality of the coaxial line of the top plate, check the elevation of the bottom surface of the top plate, then fix the top plate and the T-shaped iron with rivets, and connect the corner plate between the top plate and the wall plate, and then start the next one Installation of the library board.
②The installation method of the second top board is basically the same as that of the first board, and the connection method of the board is basically the same as that of installing the wall board. The library board connectors should be fixed outside the library, and each library board seam should be fixed with three library board connectors, one at both ends of the library board and one in the middle of the board (two library board connectors can also be used if the length of the top plate is less than 4 meters).
③ After all the roof panels are installed, start the installation of the ceiling C-section steel.
According to the actual arrangement of the top plate, the angle iron pieces that fix the mushroom head nylon bolts are welded to the C-shaped steel of the ceiling according to the corresponding spacing on the ground.
Then place the C-shaped steel of the ceiling in the corresponding position of the top plate according to the drawing, and the C-shaped steel of the ceiling should ensure the parallelism and verticality of the coaxial line. After adjusting the position of the C-shaped steel of the ceiling, open the top plate at the position of the bolt hole of the angle iron piece, and use the mushroom head nylon bolt to connect the angle iron piece to the library plate firmly.
After that, the round steel hanger for the C-shaped steel of the ceiling is welded to the purlin, and the nut under the round steel hanger is adjusted according to the elevation of the bottom surface of the top plate to adjust the C-shaped steel of the ceiling and the top plate to the specified height.
