Chamfering process of metal carved plate
During construction, it is often found that when it is installed on the metal carved panel, it will be arranged neatly, basically without gaps, this is because it uses the cutting process during production, and I will introduce it to you in detail below.
1. For installing ventilation equipment or passing pipelines, holes can be left on the board appropriately. In order to minimize the impact of holes on the structural performance of the prestressed metal carved plate, the length of the hole should be parallel to the span direction of the plate, or a small hole should be used to minimize the cutting of the prestressed tendons. When there are many holes, they should be arranged along the span direction of the plate, and should be arranged in the shear area of the plate as much as possible. If possible, it is best to place the holes in the middle of the two precast panels.
2. Chamfering of metal carved panels In mixed structures, the layout of the panels is often affected because the structural columns cannot be disconnected between floors. At this time, the method of cutting corners at the end of the plate can be adopted to solve this problem. In general, the width of the cut corner should not exceed a quarter of the board width. When the width of the cut corner of the carved metal plate exceeds a quarter of the plate, special measures should be taken, such as setting a calf leg or other means of support on the bottom beam of the plate.
The chamfering process of metal carved panels makes the panels more tidy, so that when building a building, it can not only increase its safety, but also improve the efficiency of the entire building.
